Thank you so much for your order! Earrings are typically ready to ship (except for pre-order items) + will ship up to 5 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that business days do not include the weekend or holidays. 

Please understand that Emmie's Coop is not responsible for lost, stolen, OR delayed packages. Once they arrive at the post office, they are in the hands of USPS.

Once your USPS driver scans the package at the arrival destination, it is considered delivered to the location. There are NO REFUNDS given if packages are marked delivered.

However, if there are ANY problems with delivery, please contact me with your order number ( and I will be more than happy to help you resolve the problem! 

First, thank you for your orders! If your orders were placed with 24 hours of one another, we can! You must message us within 2 hours of your second order being placed. If your orders were placed more than 24 hours apart, we cannot combine shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience! 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for pre-order (made to order) items to be processed. Your item is currently being made especially for you!
